Very nice hotel with a wonderful view over the valley and tea plantations. The restaurant service may be a bit faster, but for the rest everything worked very well. The kind Rajan guided me and my husband for morning trekking and we also enjoyed the evening campfire and the fragrant spicy food. We'd like to recommend this hotel!
I have never been dissatisfied with the service. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Billiard game is paid. Service for food is very bad. Breakfast options are few and bad. We asked for tea at the beginning of breakfast and they brought it after breakfast was over. glasses are dirty. I definitely do not recommend.
The place is really beautiful. The view from the room is very serene and calm. The food is excellent and the staff is very responsive and supportive. The rooms are clean and there is waterfall nearby to visit. Then only thing is the location is a bit off road and is a little far while coming from kochi. But its worth the effort.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ,chef and staff ever.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service . Food was good and great .Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Highlight of the room was jacquzzi .I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Such a great hotel! The rooms are clean and luxurious. The bathroom has a really good shower, nice and warm with good water pressure. The mountain view from the hotel room is beautiful. Never seen such an amazing view from a hotel room like that. Further, the food is also very good. We had a buffet at night and a breakfast in morning. I was glad that there were many options in the breakfast, also western/European options. Last of all, the staff was very friendly
Me and my wife were there for a few days. They welcomed us with bead necklaces. The staff walked us to our room and gave a bit of tour of the room along with information about their in-house activities. They had used a cleaning agent to clean our rooms which I was okay with, but my wife couldn't stand it. The Hotel manager and housekeeping manager went above and beyond to ensure that the smell was taken care of which i really appreciated.
We had a perfect stay at Amber Dale! The views were magnificent, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We made use of the health club and the spa, as well as the numerous complimentary activities they have like the cooking demo and thattukada - all excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone who visits Munnar, and we'd love to come back one day!
The resort is situated at hill top, although the road leading to resort is not so great but property is very beautiful, rooms are spacious, views are spectacular from the top. They have lot of indoor activities, bonfire. We had a amazing time staying there.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
