Amantran Hotel, Vadkhal Only VEG - Maharashtrian Restaurant in Vadkhal, Wave - Raigad, India

Food is good , but as now by pass is made so hotel is empty.

An amazing restaurant, with fantastic taste, decent price, polite staff and with a decent ambience. * The food here is very tasty and is at a decent price. The quantity too is quite decent and worth the price. * The staff is quite polite and helpful. * There is quite sufficient parking space available. * The washrooms are pretty clean and well-maintained. * Along with being a restaurant, they even sell different local packaged food items. * The seating sofas are a bit small though. Overall a very good experience.

The taste is very good, we ordered vada pav which was perfect, kothimbir vadi was crispy and delicious, onion bhaji is also worth trying . The only thing i was not happy about were chai and kokum sharbat. Chai seemed reheated many times and kokam sharbat was too syrupy.

On mumbai goa highway about 80 km from mumbai on junction of alibaug and goa Amantran is located. Its a pure veg restaurant. For several years its serving good veg food to the tourist. Its clean and only indoor seating restaurant. Parking on ground floor. Clean washrooms are available for tourist. All south Indian and maharashtrian veg food choices are available. Its well maintained. Rates are to the standards. Mostly crowded during lunch and dinner hours. Its a good place to take break. the dinner is served till 10.30 pm. Taste of the food is good. It has a attached store where multiple homemade items are sold for past several years. It is just opposite vadkhal ST depot. The staff is helping natural and quick service is available. Most of the items are served in few minutes. People on move can get a good refreshing break here. Most of the south indian dishes are meeting the taste of region. For pure vegetarian people its a good choice. If you are travelling to alibaug or goa you can take break as amantran to get fresh. During peak hours there is a waiting for several minutes. Now. Days there are several restaurants available on this highway but still amantran retains its name. Most of the time there is worst traffic in surrounding.

Very good tasty food this restaurant provide. Famous eating place and usually crowded. Very close to highway.but limited parking facilities (approx.10cars). One can really enjoyed break fast and lunch in pure vegetarian. They offer some items in bannana leaf kept in plate natural taste. However toilet bathroom facilities are minimum and very old need improvement.

one of the popular stops on mumbai goa road. usually traffic snarl occurs at vadkhal and all travelers prefer stopping at this hotel. they have provided stilt parking for visitors. food is tasty. only veg meals are available. a small shop sells many of marathi kokani items. service is prompt as it caters to travelers. rates are ok.

I thought this place was overrated. Decent interiors and the toilets are kind of shabby. The food is just about ok. And there is NOTHING special about their "Extra Special Pav"!!!! It's just one single lightly buttered pav that costs 30 friggin Rupees!

This is the best place for breakfast if you are travelling on Mumbai - Goa early morning. Try their Misal, Vadapav. There are tasty. Hotel premise is clean and it has a parking facility.
