Allahabad Bank - Public Sector Bank in Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

There's 0% management in this branch.Infact they should stop calling it a bank. Hardly there are 2-3 staff members and a branch manager. They aren't able to give me a basic service of updation of passbook what else I can expect from them. The authorities should take immediate action on this. The branch manager should be changed immediately as soon as possible. The reputation of the bank is good but this onee branch , I have no words. Suppose if a middle class man wants a loan he has to eventually forget that he will get a loan here. He has to crush all his own dreams of having a own house. Being a public employee is not like enjoying the seat its like they should know there responsibility that they are getting salary from the pockets of middle class and they are not doing there work properly And there is no lunch time and any thing with manner and staffs are saying jab man karta hai tabhi jate hai khane sab marzi ka kaam hai #RBI. # PUBLIC RIGHTS

One of the worst Banks in Mira Road Bhayander. Deposit slip ke liya bhi bhik magni padti hai. There is no proper staff here. One of them had opened the first button of her shirt Bhaigiri style and was showing a gold chain. The manager also didn't know how to deal with the account holders. They said come at 3.30 to get DD. I went at 3.30 and was still standing outside the bank for half an hour. After 4.05 watchman comes and opens the gate. And finally 4.30 my DD was ready. Only cashier ma'am works hard there. Special thanks to her.

Useless staff and branch needs revamp. Infact nothing has changed for the better even after merger with Indian Bank as it's executives are least bothered about any improvement Unfortunately ATM doesn't work many a times,and after banking hours remains closed. Can't be called as ATM. Probably manager does not know the full form of ATM. Pass book printing machines also don't work and kept in the premises as show peices. Coin vending machine is also an antique show peice

Worst managed bank in Mira road. It's ATM,pass book printer's never function. Since past 2 years inspite of writing so many complaints the management has done nothing to improve the quality of customer service. It's mobile app also is not working properly but the bank is an expert in leying charges. ATM supposed to be assessible 24 hours is shutters down after normal banking hours,not that it makes any difference because it's always not working. Better close down the branch or privatise the bank

Worst Bank, Branch Manager Hopeless.. She has no knowledge of basic banking Never open branch in time.. Keep diverting from one counter to another.. It reminds me of TV serial office office . All dumbos.. Wonder how run

Worst experience, update of passbook is done 10 to 12, staff don't have manner to talk, depositing money takes more time than ever seen in any bank. Staff just want to sit and gossip. Floors are never cleaned and many a times we can see useless paper rolled and thrown in the floor...

This bank is a prime example of why people despise govt banks. They take a month to activate internet banking. Passbook printer doesn't work. Internet link is down half the time. The most lethargic staff I've seen. Always in Lunch time mode. Work at snails pace. No improvement since last 8 years. Please avoid at all costs. I'm stuck coz I've given this bank's account details at multiple places.

Atm is closed after banking hours
