Both the trip and the company were absolutely fantastic. We worked early with our agent to establish what types of things we were interested in doing. She then put together an itinerary, we then made some alterations to, and the rest was seamless! The communication throughout the trip was great, the instructions for pickup, etc. were easy to follow.

Shivam Joshi worked with us to design an itinerary based on our interests and budget. He did an amazing job in creating a plan that was perfect for us in all details. The trip went very smoothly with no issues or problems. Will definitely use their services gain on future !

We had an unbelievable time in Uttarakhand this Durga Puja 2023. Allseasonsz travel agency provided us with excellent hotels, located in the center of the cities, comfortable, and close to the main sights and trendy restaurants. The guides and drivers for our private tours were phenomenal - very knowledgable and well spoken. We have a family of 6, so they arranged transportation for us in a private van, which was beyond convenient! Lastly, they added stops to our itinerary, that I myself would not have chosen. But those spots ended up being some of our favorite places to see! Our travel agency was also extremely flexible in working with us - they respected our desire to have some downtime with the family, as well as making reservations for us at wonderful restaurants! Will return soon for another trip....

We booked a tour of Badrinath and Kedarnath with them. The driver they had provided was very bad. First day he didn't turn up in the hotel in Haridwar to pick us up. We had to go to see Ganga Arti on our own. When we questioned him started giving excuses. He didnt seem to be talking sense but we ignored him. When we left for Gaurikund from Gupthkashi early morning the car was stinking of cigarette smoke and there was vomit in the car. He said someone else did it. All the while we kept calling Allseasons to change the driver but they said they cant. In Badrinath instead of taking us back to the hotel after Darshan he drove rashly into a wrong road in pitch darkness. He was not in his senses, neither he to respond to our questions nor did he speak. I screamed and yelled at him to stop the car. Thankfully by God's grace he stopped. We jumped out of the car. In the biting cold, surrounded by hills and darkness we switched our phone light and started walking when we spotted an ITBP station. They helped get back to the hotel safe and sound. Late we come to know that he had sped the car into a ditch and crashed somewhere. He was doing drugs. We preponed our trip, paid extra for changing flight tickets and also paid for Haridwar Delhi cab and came back. All seasons paid for the Badrinath Haridwar cab which we had to arrange on our own. No help, no compensation and no apology from them for the trauma we suffered. Never ever use Allseasons.

Overall experience was good just avoid breakfast and dinner in package... Artiga car and driver experience was superb, full stars for that Rishikesh experience was up to the mark. Masoorie hotel was Good but staff behaviour was not. Mathura hotel was not 3 star hotel please avoid hotel Nova In All season coordinator experience was excellent Thanks avneet for such a good trip

All seasons Tour. Operators were very professional in their approach and made my family's maiden trip to kumaoni regions of Uttarakand very memorable. As mentioned in advt, they truely are Uttarakand specialist. Special mention of Shri. Vijayakumar (of All seasons) who co ordinated for our entire trip.
