Alibag beach is one of the beautiful beaches of the Arebiyan sea. Unlike the hustle-bustle of Mumbai.. It is quite and seren beach for those nature lovers who prefer less crowded places. And enjoy sea waves n the beauty of huge water body... Best time is a quite early morning. Last year I spent 4 days of early April in the Alibag. And explored the local city amidst of coconut grooves spread across. Bought local products in cheaper rates. Early morning in the glory of rising sun and the gentle murmuring song of seawaves I practised yoga on the beach. Such an amazing experience it was.! Engaged playing with the waves of sea gushing towards the shore. The tall plam trees.. The raising sun's warmth n reflection on the huge water body and the gentle breeze..! Such an heavenly experience it was.! Next day visited the Janjira fort built by Chatrapati Sivaji Maharaj in the middle of the sea at that time. What an thought! and forsee of Shivaji Maharaj... Amazed to see the architecture and the grandness and felt so proud being a Maharastriyan. But that fort need to take care. It should be protect by government as an heritage of Maharashtra.

Good beach...surrounding greenery and cool whether fascinating ...cleanliness is good and awesome weekend gateway...water sports activities banana boat, parasailing, jet ski are available...its also called mini goa and very fascinating for tourists...worth place to visit...
We can visit alibag through boat from gateway of india. Boat ride costs around 200 per person, Children tickets are also available. Timings for boat rides changes on occasion basis but it will start from 8Am.
beautiful beach, awesome place. atv rides, dual seat bicycle rides, water sport activities are always on. and top of that fort ride on tanga gaadi. wow. its just amazing. infact price is also reasonable 450 for full return tanga ride, the selfiepoint is also unique, pls watch my photographs, thank you.
Alibaug baug beach is hidden gem of Mumbai area. Lots of water sports in here. Beach is surprisingly clean and well maintained. Ferry boat to Kolaba fort is super pricey but they bargain, I got 3 tickets for 400. I would also recommend visit nearby sandwich shop it is really good

Room was superb. Amazing service !!! Owner of the property is very cooperative and helpful. The TV worked fine , AC was also working perfectly well. Bathroom had nice water pressure and shower . Both hot and cold water available. Breakfast was tasty.
