Hi , I am really happy with the TPA Health department services in Alchemist hospital. We have Kotak Mahindra Health Insurance. The TPA department helps in all way guidance & amount disbursement. I really done all my clearance in just 2.5 hour. We are enrolled in cashless and the process they follow is fast. I must suggest pls use ur policies and get help directly with the TPA department in alchemist if you get admitted there. Thanks
I have visited alchemist Hospital for a health Packages and Annu Mam is Co ordinations me , she has guide me very excellent manner, no even a single time I felt that I am alone and in a que. Today visited hospital for health checkup under corporate package. Ms Anu from front office staff was our coordinator. She was very cooperative and helpful, her behaviour was very good. Overall our experience of first time visit to the hospital was very good.

It is a good hospital where proper care of the patient is taken and procedures are properly explained by the doctor , one area where they need to improve is the food being served from the canteen which is not up to the mark, food quality and service needs to be improved.
