It's 2:28am , I am attendent here but instead of attending the patient, I am killing mosquitoes since evening. There must be some mosquito killing machine installed in every room. Further, instead of periodic visit of staff/nurses we have to go and look for the staff whenever we need to change drip or related things.
Like the outside charm, inside management & infrastructure also needs some improvement.
2 for doctors only.
Al-Hayat Hospital, a private healthcare facility in Anantnag, has a dedicated team of doctors, including the kind-hearted Dr. Azad and Dr. Masrat, who provide excellent medical care. However, it is unfortunate to note that the hospital's overall performance is marred by the presence of a careless staff.
One of the primary concerns is the lack of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by the non-medical staff members. The support staff, including nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel, often exhibit a careless attitude towards their responsibilities. This can lead to a breakdown in communication, delays in services, and an overall sense of disorganization within the hospital.
Another area of criticism is the inadequate training and supervision provided to the staff. Proper training and regular monitoring are essential for maintaining high-quality healthcare services. Unfortunately, it seems that the management has not placed enough emphasis on these aspects, resulting in lapses in patient care and overall service delivery.
It is important for Al-Hayat Hospital to recognize these shortcomings and take immediate steps to address them. Implementing rigorous training programs for the staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability, and investing in modern equipment and infrastructure are crucial steps towards improving the hospital's performance.
While it is commendable that Al-Hayat Hospital has compassionate and skilled doctors like Dr. Azad and Dr. Masrat, it is essential for the entire staff to align their commitment to providing quality healthcare. By rectifying the issues related to the careless staff, Al-Hayat Hospital can significantly enhance its reputation and ensure that patients receive the care and attention they deserve.
