One of the best yoga classes I must say. After attending ma'am's class one feels very fresh and energetic for the whole day. Rasika ma'am is well trained yoga instructor and she makes a point that each of her student does their yoga poses correctly. Personally what I like is that we have a choice between online or offline classe according to our convenience.
