AKM Public School And Junior College was started in 1972 by the Adoration sisters of St.Thomas Province, Changanacherry under the leadership and Management of the Mother Provincial of the Congregation. The school got affiliated to the CBSE curriculum stream in the year 2004 and upgraded as CBSE higher secondary School in 2013.

This school is not good. Principal Sancta Maria worst one.

great school for boys and girls.Located in the center of bypass road.Near to railway station .1 km away from ksrtc bus stand.
