The hotel is located in a very good location. I stayed here for three days and the overall experience was good. It could have been better. There was no lift facility and housekeeping needed to do some hard work.
Only advantage is location. Rooms are so so (fan not working, bathroom not well lit in ours). Room was occupied by staff when we came! We had to wait till room was prepared.
Unforgettable experience, first class service and food.. I booked the hotel for my marriage on 25-Nov-2020, staff was very professional and co-operative. We stayed for 2 days and they managed everything and made our stay hassle free.
Especially food was very delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Average stay : Rooms are neat and clean, washrooms are clean but flash pipes was not working, towels was not clean. TV was not working, recharge was not done.
But they are so damn cooperative, if you can manage these things. They have quick reach, fast service and cooperative. I will think multiple times to stay again or not.

it was good experience, property located at city centre. recommended to book deluxe room bcz standard room are small for two people and it's without window and in room with breakfast option you will get butter tost with tea or paratha with tea that's it, so better don't include your breakfast however food is tasty.

The prime location makes it a perfect stay! All the tourist attractions or restaurants/bars are close by. Even sec 17 is walking distance.
The staff were friendly and my stay was great! Only thing I felt was they should've kept a mini fridge and / or a kettle. But nevertheless, I loved staying here and will be happy to stay here again!
Amazing place to stay. Great service quality and I would probably stay at the same place next time when in Chandigarh. Did not try the food so no comments on it. Hospitality wise the Hotel staff was Fabulous. Rooms are exactly as shown on the site and very very clean.
