Exorbitant pricing , had to book in emergency as had no options . No ventilation, the bathroom stinks , drainage pipes goes through bathroom . Electric charging point are loose or broken . Some how managed one night . This place should be avoided.

Pathetic rooms. No air circulation. There are lots of better hotels having same cost. Owners are rude and not helpful in any form whatsoever

A good place near the bus stand.... can take an auto for rs10 to munnar bus stand!

I wonder how it's aggregated rating is 3.9... Just checked in .. Room 11.. There is no fixture in bathroom.. There is no wardrobe or almirah in room.. Just Bed, a small table and chair and a wall mounted TV Hot water is available from 6 AM to 8 AM.. On request they may consider to make hot water available for half an hour.. If they want to be kind to.. Behaviour of Manager is below the average.. Think twice before you decide to stay here

Worst room .. no air circulation.. Bath room is worst worst. Don't go with room number 21.. it is like last store room waste of money

Things to know before staying here -hot water is not available as stated by staff btw 6 to 10. -Bedsheets stink, no room service, no plates to have food at your room if you choose to get food outside. -Untidy place -even if the room is offered for 1k per day pls keep the above points in mind, families especially with kids pls think over before staying here. Utterly disappointed with staff and the place

One of the best lodges in munnar. Wonderfull sight. The manager to waiters have a friendly manners. They have a single bedroom for 2 people double bed for four and also has room which can accomidate 6 and doemetory. Usually the room rents are 750 1000 and 1500. It can be reduced in off seasons. The climate was awesome. In off season the temperature comes to 15 degree in night to 23 degree at noon. Should prefer hotel food as they will not supply it. Waiters are friendly mainly the people who sits in reception. A wonderful football ground is situated opposite to the lodge. You can enjoy football. The receptionist talks malayalam tamil hindi and english.
