This guest house has an excellent view. One could just sit in the balcony of the upstairs room and while away your time. But the service is pathetic. The staff do not understand English and fail to respond even after repeated requests. I was served food in a cracked melamine plate. The breakfast which comes with the room is very minimal and sad.The only person who promptly delivers and responds to English is Mary Ann. In her absence it is difficult to get things done. The driver sent to the airport for pickup was an upstart who also carried another passenger inspite of us booking the whole cab. However the driver David who dropped us turned out to be a gem. Wish he could have picked us up.
It was a great experience staying at this property. The host was awesome, she was so kind enough to open the door n made me check in at 2 am.. All stuff were so polite n friendly. Hassle-free check in.
Quite a awesome place to stay in Aizawl with a breathtaking view. Staff there is very helpfull and friendly. Feels like home. Market is nearby. Stayed there for nearly a week. Would love to visit again.

hotel view is amazing. u get to see the best sunset from the balcony. cleanliness and housekeeping is also good. the folks running the property are also very polite and supporting. however the food is 2 out of 5. it can improved.

The stay was excellent. The room was a bit small but properly organized,but later the manger showed me better options in same price. The staff were very co-operative, well mannered, helpful, smiling and always happy to help. The key person managing this property was very humble, helpful and ensured that the stay was pleasant. Cook was well mannered and came daily to serve food and took inputs and gave the best food. Cleaning staff were also good and did cleaning whenever asked. Thanks a lot to the manager and all staff for your kind help and making my stay pleasant.
