Not friendly at all but they are good people. I wanted to reactivate my expired sim. I was ready to pay Rs.800/- by credit card for recharge (699) and for new sim(100).They doesn't have that facility. Atleast they didn't give me the idea to recharge myself with Airtel app. I realised this when I reached my home. They were saying that I am looking for my comfort and arguing. They don't know how much struggles we have while working in IT culture with late nights, we are loosing our most of the comfort zone and we were unable to look after few personal things on time. We are ready to pay extra for our mistakes. But they didn't realise this and just judging us. I am feeling bad on reaching this store.
Worst... staffs looks ferocious including girls... they or response good... head weight girls. Totally worsted
They solved a big issue for me, they could activate a sim bought in Karnataka. They work with great skills and kindness. Very competent and reliable people. I could not get any better help anywhere around. Five star service and great people.
