I bought airtel postpaid 2 sim with family plan and the staff told me you can convert into prepaid after 3 months , when i was visited in stire staff told me it will take four months instead of three months and his behaviour is very pathetic and rude but when i bought sim then they were very polite with me. Very bad customer service.
Very rude behaviour of staff, I'm giving 1 star if there available -5 they will deserve it.

Very bad experience, I went to get duplicate sim. But they were more interested to sell postpaid connection and refused to give pre-paid sim and said you have to perchased minimum 2 postpaid connection if you want to get your old no.then I got duplicate sim from sector 35 store in 2 mins. I don't recommend this store.that don't care about customer.
Spacious office, good location, parking is headache
