Room not given as promised. Though was charged for the same. They didn't have basics like towels, toilet rolls, etc. When asked. They didn't have packaged drinking water even when we were ready to buy. We had bookings for the entire trip of 4 nights and 5 days.. but vacated the room overnight. We had a reservation since 12 pm and we checked in at almost 9 pm, but they didn't have basic amenities.. the attitude of the entire staff was very laid back and looked complacent. The washroom in the room was bigger than the room and on an uphill with toilet seat on one corner.. worst experience!

Haven't really gone inside the guest house but from the outside it looks neat and posh. It is located just some hundred metres away from Laitumkhrah market area and is easily accessible. The locality is quite and serene. One won't find strangers or drunkards loitering around the area.

Rooms are damp. Beds and bathroom are clean. Main door of the room was made up of aluminium, totally not sound proof. You can easily hear what people are talking and doing in the next room. If you are concerned about privacy avoid this hotel. Have to climb a bit to reach the hotel frim the main road. From outside the building looks good, same is not true for inside.

Pros: The King size room near the kitchen is spacious for 3 Adults. It looks neat and clean. Service is prompt.The girl at the reception was very sweet and helpful. Location is just amazing. Near to Litmukhrah market Cons: They do not provide Electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets in room. All hotels/homestay/guest houses in Shillong provides it in the same room rate. No kitchen onsite. Bathroom has old fittings and needs removation. Flush was not working properly.

We stayed here for 2 days i.e. 29th May and 30th May. The rooms were large and good. But as per conditions, they didn't provide us the complimentary breakfast. As we have to leave early for sightseeing in Shillong, so they refused us to provide the breakfast at that time. Even the tea was also tasteless. If you want to leave early for sightseeing, then please don't stay here.

This is a nicely developed residential property, located deep inside the habitat, wiyh peaceful environment around. But lacking maintenance and service. Nobody is available from 09:00 pm to 07:00 am, to respond for any of your requirement. Complimentary breakfast is available after 08:00 am, with limited options and inadequate quantity only. We were offered to select from 1 alooparatha with pickle or 2 plain paratha with potato curry or 3 pcs puri with subzi or 3 slices of bread butter. No dressing mirror in the room, no latch in the door of bathroom from outside and very poor quality of blankets (on demand only). People should avoid it, except in case of no other options available.

The guest house is nicely decorated. It's service is good l, has free wifi but tv does not dth pack. It's 15mins from police bazar that 5mins from laimukharah point.

Good but outside the main area police bazar in SHILONG. Due to one way and congested area, one may take to reach there in 30min. to 1 hour. Rooms are very small and rates are vary in man to man and season to season.
