Great gym..I lost about 18 kg in 45 days... and my brother lost about 16 kg in 45 days. With normal diet plan. Yes it's true. I've been training since I was 15 I've went a lot of gym, but there aren't any results, so I got tired and stopped several times. In some gym i sent nearly a year without any results. Because they use old bulking techniques. But here they train individually based on body type and weight catagory.
