The gym holds a good reputation and well maintained machines. But this experience was ruined during leg press when the machine went all the way down and the trainer (Raktim) instead of helping the client went the the front desk to the receptionist to report the case. The trainer didn't even have the guts to the client confront and moreover help the client in deracking the weight. The receptionist and the above mentioned trainer in a unpleasant way asked for the client's parent's number and also to pay for further similar case, and insulted the client. This is bring in notice not all the trainers will provide such experience, they are completely professional. I request the owner to look into the matter. Anyone who wants to join the gym more than recommended but be aware of such trainers.
Spacious and well equipped. The trainers do not harass you for PT like in other gyms and at the same time are helpful to you.

Easily the best gym in the six mile region. The equipments are state of the art. The workout area is very spacious. And the workout hours are good too.
Pick time is very messy and moreover u won't get support from trainers,,for support you have to take personal trainer...
