My experience in Adyah yogshala is very good..I alwys feel better nd relaxed after practicing yoga postures which i learnt from our yoga teacher Ankit Pant . I can observe nd feel diffence in me after joining class..All are frendly nd cooperative..
I took online yoga classes from adyah yogshala according to my preferences and availability. They are very regular to class and they help me to overcome my nervousness . I consider everyone to join private lessons which I personally think , very beneficial .

Hello! Two friends and I knew we wanted to take part in a sunrise yoga class on the Ganges in Rishikesh. We were fortunate to be connected with Ankit, typically hosts in studio but was willing to do a private group, sunrise class on the holy river!! Anyone that is considering doing yoga in Rishikesh needs to do this at least once! Ankit was an excellent instructor willing to adjust our poses, while presenting poses new-to-us win doable ways for beginner-intermediate practitioners. I highly recommend calling him for your next session!
It's is the best studio or center for yoga. The teacher always motivate us to do more and help us to correct our alignment . The best thing about them is they also help us to how to give teaching to others . They also teach us many variations and different many sequences like block sequence and ladder sequence. I also lost 3 kg in this yoga class. Fees was genuine.
