Advanced Multispeciality Hospital - General hospital in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I am a doctor myself, was visiting here to get my wife, who is also a doctor, registered for delivery. The security personnel refused to let us sit and wait on the benches as we waited for our car. I told them that my wife is pregnant and we both are doctors. But they just kept saying "allowed nahi hai", not even giving us a sensible reason as to why it's not allowed. It was appalling to see that they behaved like this with a pregnant doctor, I can't imagine how they behave with laypersons. Needless to say, I am never visiting this hospital myself, and never ever recommending any family member or patient to come here either! Shameful and inhuman, and they are supposed to "care" for people.

18.10.23- Advanced multispeciality hospital: Doctors are very professional and helpful 24x7. (1) But overall service and facilities of the hospital are very poor . (2) And old traditional style of rooms. (3) Toilets infrastructure in a very poor stage which is difficult for patients. (4) No systems to listen your complaint and suggestions. Rest is ok. Doctors are good, but services are very poor, rooms ok, bathrooms are dirty and majority of the time there is no water, The owner of this place Jigisha Desai is absolutely Mannerless and ruthless. Beware and if one has choice request avoid such hospitals

Doctors are good but service is bad, rooms are ok and charged heavily, bathrooms has no continuous water supply, The owner of the hospital Jigisha Desai has major temperamental issues, absolutely ruthless behaviour!!! Highliting her name here as people better be aware where they are putting their money...overall Dud!!!!!

The good thing is that as the entire admission process is paperless it takes only 5 minutes. Spacious premises, good and efficient staff. Medicines provided by the in-house pharmacy don't offer any discount which is provided by good hospitals. Supervision / monitoring of the patients can be better.

While the rooms have outdated equipment, the staff is superb and doctors are good. I was admitted for 4 days. Very friendly, smiling, competent and attentive nursing and room staff. Clean and neat, just old and in need of an upgrade. I have exp with Kokilaben too and their staff is horrible - can't speak english or Hindi, no experience, and no compassion for the patient.

This is a gem of a hospital. The hospital looks old on the outside, but don't let that discourage you from coming here. The doctors are very good, and the nursing staff is fantastic. It's very affordable, but the quality of care is as good as anywhere else unless you need an ICU.

My father was admitted in advanced multi speciality hospital for @ 2 weeks. Hospital is very clean and tidy. Super deluxe rooms are very specious. Whole staff including Drs., RMOs, sisters, brothers and ward boys are very courteous.
