I am giving lowest rating to this clinic as they are in customer industry and they dont know how to behave and talk with customer . They dont give appointments properly and the lady who is managing appointments she is very rude and she is also having some behaviorial issue know she doesnt provide appointments as per customer need . She should be fired immidiately...Pathatic center pathatic manager and pathatic staff . DLF should close this store immidiately. My husband Abhishek faces all these issues i would suggest everyone done go to this clinic to face so rude staff who dont know to behave .

I have been going here for about 9 months now for laser hair reduction treatment and very satisfied with the experience. I am taking full body laser session by Shahista. Always recieve a call for next bookings in my busy schedule from clinic without any failure. I have got 4 sessions of LASER HAIR REMOVAL and very much satisfied wid the results as well as service by Shahista n other staff.

The only good thing about this clinic is a technician " Aslam " rest this place is not good at all specially their apointmenf team Kunal and Shagufta ( They sometime think they are above customers ) they forget to update the appointment register and clients time gets wasted.Kunal and Shagufta makes it sure that the customer only gets appointment at the time they think is ok so without even checking the register they deny appointments.Biggest bunch of loosers these two are . Next the glue used is such that servicing is needed after every 5 days and clicnic earns money ....the patch is mis handeled so that customers buys patch sooner .....WORST CLINIC " DO NOT EVER GO THERE "

I have been going to clinic from 1 year and never had any complaints. Result is excellent. Staff, especially Shahista and Aarti, is super helpful, polite and professional. Highly recommended
