Before 6 months I had joined Adiyogi classes . I have a Great experience of this yoga class. My body flexibility increases day by day . I always feel very relax here after every session.
The best thing I did in 2022 was to join Yoga classes at Adiyogi. The teaching style and nature of my trainer (Varun sir) is superb. The entire session passes so smoothly and with lots of fun every single day.
It's been couple of months and I have started experiencing lots of good changes in my body and mind.

Best combination of yog + pranayam with health care ..yog and excercise with fun elements and so much knowledge..proper guidence...One of the best yoga instructors I met ever, I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Guruji(Varun Sir)
