Aditya Hotel Orchha - Hotel in Orchha - Niwari, India

Poor Hotel, Complete lack of service and only plus point being location close to Raja Ram Temple. I had to only stay in the Hotel for 12 hours as per my Travel plan from Evening to Morning so I booked it only considering the location. But complete lack of service, professionalism and the biggest - poor maintenance, so much that except for Linen change they do no cleaning in the Hotel. Bathroom Drains were choked, Washbasins were red from sludge, old uncleaned fittings, no water pressure in Hand shower next to WC, the side tables on the bed had tons of dust on it. In the end, I barely managed those 12 hours only vowing to never come back again and seriously not worth 1200/- epr night at all.

Felt cheated, totally fraud hotel.Manager or owner (Mr Singh, I don't know who was he) talk like a cheap and road side hotel manager. My whole trip got spoiled due to them. I had booked and stay in more than hotels in India but found this type of hotel first time. I booked for two days and called hotel on the same day and they said your room is reserved. When I reached hotel, they said we can't give you for two days as all rooms are sold out. When I said that I booked and paid the room 10 days back how can you say like this. They were not ready to reimburse 2nd day payment also. They offered, I will give you room in other hotel for 2nd day. The hotel offered was per day, however, I had paid day for their hotel. So it is their usual practice of taking full money from goibibo and shift you in some cheap hotel. Finally, I reported the matter to goibibo and got cancelled 2nd day booking.The higher rating of this hotel is only due to their two dedicated room service person, who provide you whatever you want (as there is no restaurant in hotel, so they bring from out side market).The room and hotel condition doesn't deserve more than day.

Hotel is at good location.. Almost everythg at walking distance Rooms as per pics.. Clean n tidy.. Though bit small. We had hotel at same rate in khajuraho which even had bfast and bigger rooms n ammenties. But i guess almost all hotels are bit expensive in orccha compared to other more famous destinations (in terms of value for money). Reason for mentioning the same is to be mediocre in expectations. Else hotel is good. Service is good, staff is friendly and cooperative.

Hotel is at very good location... Walkable distance to Raja Ram Temple, Jahangir Mahal... Staffs are good and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms needs a little improvement. Overall I would say it was a good stay. I won't expect much in such a little place like Orchha.

when i reach at jhansi i call at hotel to pic me up from station and after half n hours they send me a car with very lowest charge. hotel location is very good only 2min. walking distances to ram raja temple its good to me and i deside to stay here each and every time hotel roof top restaurants is very relaxing aria in the hotel food quality was verygood. hotel staff is very helpfull and in the last i desided it is one of the best hotel in orchha in low price with all faisilitiesl. i suggested this place to every visitors

It's an accommodation for the budget Traveller, highly rated by Lonely planet and some other portals also. Don't expect any luxury out of it but the room with bath tub is much better then other rooms. Here there is no restaurant inside the hotel but lot of restaurants nearby. One can vouch it because of the location and some parking area around it. Rooms are clean and a helper is there to help you for any need required.

The most important positive aspect is cleanliness. The hotel staff is polite. Warm reception is one addition positive thing. Overall the hotel is very good and highly recommended for fellow travellers.

We stayed 2 night . We booked 2 rooms from GOIBIBO with the offer of GOKARDE The rooms they provided were excellent, and service and food was very good. And all the spots to visit were within 1KM. So we booked a tempo by ******/- for side scene.
