Hotels and hospitality they dont know , Unprofessional staff, Getting cab on that particular location is difficult . Rooms are fine . While we are checkin , it was early , like 5 o clock the receptionist on night was terrible like she shown zero respect, arrogant. Think before choose

Food was great, rooms are very good. It is veryclose to all conference locations . Only issue is that I visited in the monsoons and the road outside was muddy and it is located at tge end of a road. Slightly difficult to find

If you dont like to walk 15 to 20 mintues through local area dont book this place. No ola or uber vehicle will book. Try all you want. You may get lucky in 30min to 1 hr. Hotel cab charges are very high. If you are visiting or exhibiting at trade center. Walking all the way will make you sweat and unpaved road will dirty your shoes. Good for sleeping at night only. Location is deep inside residential area. Most auto driver would have not heard of this place. You will most certainly not find one to take you somewhere. Its quite and peaceful if thats something you want. Breakfast has very limited choise. Food cooked here is very bland and tasteless. If you are and exhibitor at trade center. Prefer some other distant but on road hotel. Atleast you would find auto or cabs timely there. Good nearby hotels as sangeeta veg and palmshore.(non veg) You would have to walk 30 min+ one way to get to either. This hotel barely get visitors and lacks basic amenities and services. So expect little to no bargaining. The driver ( manager ) is also a bit throtle happy to driver. Revs the engine too high, shifts too late and complains about mileage. Tends to avoid any toll by taking side routes so beware before hiring him

The hotel staff and management need to learn a bit of hospitality, they are running a hotel but have PG accomodation rules. They stopped my father from coming into our room during the day even for an hour. They demanded extra bedding charges even though he was not going to stay overnight. Horribly rude and incompetent staff. I would not recommend anyone to pick this place. Also the place is located deep inside a residential block where you'll not get any autos or cabs in the day.

It's very difficult to get an auto cab from here. DTH service not working. Breakfast and dinner are delicious .

Staff Impolite/Bad behavior Stayed in this hotel for one day. The night receptionist was terrible, with no respect. He was generally very rude and bossy which is unacceptable especially when you are at the front desk. The manager was no help either. Extra Chargers I checked in 4 hours early and was charged half a day extra. When I disagreed about the overcharges, the manager ended the conversation by stating its policy. Unhygienic/Not cleaning The room looked like it hadn't been used in a while. The bathroom was dusty and dirty. The hotel is located in a residential area and traffic is difficult to move through. Rude/impolite They are not respectful of the visitors. impolite behavior and asking extra money for allowing for hours (not staying) every minute someone came and knocked on the doors and went. I would not recommend anyone to use this hotel.

Lovely place, clean rooms. It's inside but a peaceful residential area. Parking shouldn't be an issue with basement parking, but I had a bigger vehicle so was a bit tiresome to navigate on the inner roads. They have a kitchen so have to order food early if required, and for us atleast the food came at sharp time (literally we asked them to which was a surprise. You'll have a pleasant stay in this place. Do note that Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed.

Location is very difficult to get to and also get out from. No OLA, Uber comes there. No Auto is available. Have to walk atleast 10 mins and wait on road to get auto. Then auto guys haggle. There was no WiFi service. I was not informed at time of check in, but got to know later. Room size was ok. AC remote always needed a shake to work. Chair and table were separate. There was no space to sit on chair and work on the table. Had to work by sitting on bed. Bathroom door would get jammed. Was difficult to open from inside. At check-in, after taking full payment, I was told I will get bill at evening. At evening, I was told I will get at check out in morning. At checkout,I was told I will get by email. Still awaiting the bill.
