The store has a good collection of the products of the brand. The staff is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The display shelves are large and well spaced allowing for convenient exploration of the whole range. The store has enough area to maintain social distancing norms and is complying with all the guidelines - sanitizers, thermal checking, masks and social distancing.

Sold product by giving wrong information, when I asked for refund i was told they don't have refund policy. Very strange that they have policy for selling product by giving wrong information. Also didn't gave me my change back. When I checked the bill next day I called them and asked why u charged me more and instead of apologising that guy at counter told me that it's just a small amount and made me feel ashamed for asking my change back. Very unprofessional , dishonest and won't be going to this store again.
Very poor customer service I visited the store on 19th June with intention to buy a good pair of running shoes. Picked up 3 pairs in range of 17k+, but surprisingly none of the attendants (there were about 10) in store bothered to attend me. There were not many customers in store. It seemed to be more crowded with attendants than customers.
