Adi Yogpeeth - Yoga studio in Rishikesh - Tehri Garhwal, India

I spent an amazing time at Adi Yogpeeth during my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Course. The building was clean and comfortable, and so my room. The location of the school is also quite nice, with beautiful views and not too far or too close from the main street in Tapovan. The food was delicious and all the staff, from the cleaners to the chefs passing through management were always kind and helpful. The schedule was tight but we still had some time for ourselves. The course was well organized and I found most of the subjects interesting and useful. Most of the teachers were also quite knowledgeable, kind and open to questions. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to do it again :) Thanks!

I did ytt 300hr with adi yogpeeth and had amazing experience! First of all, facility was well maintained, water fountains were available and food was so nice too! Teachers and all staff were absolutely kind and nice Whenever I have small and big problems, they tried their best to help me(I was sick one day and they delivered food to my room) I would come again, I love rishikesh :)

My TTC at Adi Yogpeeth was a beautiful experience. The teachers and the staff were very helpful and approachable. I learnt so much with in my 200 hr the teachers are all very well experienced and full of knowledge. They took a good care of everyone in the school and treated everyone like a big family. The best decision I made was to come here, the staff are knowledgable, especially managment kind and genuine , the teachers have immense understanding and knowledge of their core subject and can deal with so many different personalities. ashtanga vinyasa teacher subhash ji have amazing experience in tha asanas. There is plenty of guidance l found the school in a time where my heart was looking for more depth of teachings - Adiyogpeeth gave me just what I needed. The stay was comfortable and facilities were great... there is nothing more I could have asked for

I spent 25 days in this school to follow the kundalini hatha ashtanga course and it was fabulous... The teachers and all the workers there are kind, take care and really listening. I recommend this school if you want to learn more about yoga with the india way. Thank you all the team for this month and see you next time

I can't quite describe in words the experience that happened during the month, but I'll just try: when I arrived I was quite anxious and unsure, but just coming into the family atmosphere of the Ashram helped me. During the 200h Kundalini TTC I went through various transformations, physical, mental and energetic cleansing. After the month I feel closer to myself than before. I can really recommend the teachers, I found Meditation and Hatha class fantastic. The teachers impart a lot of knowledge not only about their subjects but also about big life issues. The ashram is wonderful, the people who work there are helpful and always there when you need them. I even stayed there 4 weeks longer than originally planned. Thank you Team!

Excellent school, excellent teachers, healthy food. At the age of 65 I could enjoy a wide range of pure physical and spiritual journey. All adapted to my capacity For beginners and advanced students either Warmly recommended!!!
