Overpriced. The rooms are not tidy. Service is not good. The overall experience is pretty horrible.
This Lodge is very poor quality & staff behaviour is very rude.. I was booked a room at july 2023 for my upcoming durga puja tour but this lodge don't send me room number after pre booking my room. They repeatedly said that now they was nt allotted room number properly.. upcoming puja to late so hold on... Finally I cancelled the booking for yesterday..Hotel staff repeatedly told lie..So be aware from this hotel...Be careful everyone.
Third class Lodge, don't check in here. There staff are doing bad behavior even after confirm booking. Washroom is also very dirty. They also don't clean bed cover also.
Excellent rooms for stay and the food was also good. However make sure about the pricing of food before you make an order.
Although the location of the lodge only a few minutes from the Station, it is away from the crowd. It is calm and quiet and a total peaceful ambience. We stayed there for three nights. Rooms are spacious. The staff of the lodge are very much helpful and food is also very good. We enjoyed a lot staying here.
I was there with my family from 21/01/2023 to 23/01/2023 morning. Manager is very good person and co-operative also, lodge location is very peacefull, staff's are also modest and there service is also good, Rooms are also very comfortable, foods quality is very good and in a normal price. I wish them to keep it up
Overall excellent We (a group of 40 students and faculty from NIT Durgapur) booked the lodge really last minute, but the service we got was fabulous. We were on a field trip and had requested packed lunch. Instead they served us freshly cooked lunch on the field location. The rooms and the lodge are quite spacious and good, though some of the rooms/facilities need a little upgradation. But am sure with the current management that won't be an issue. The staff are very co-operative and catered to our every need.
