One of the best experience in this GYM since I have started and awesome progress. I have lost 11kgs within a 4 Month. All about machines and equipments I would say best and advance one . I would like to highlight that equipments at Active Gym are top-notch, the trainers here are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is motivating with great positive vibe. Special thanks to the support of Amir Sayyed Sir (my trainer) and Kalim Sir, I have made incredible progress in my fitness journey. I am stronger, leaner, and more confident than ever before. I am truly grateful for their guidance and support.
Modern equipment, very very spacious and friendly management. However, if you are a beginner, you'll have to work a bit extra to get the guidance. Rest, it's a fine and an affordable place to workout.
Third class behaviour shown in the gym. The problem was not with the trainers or the staff. I went there for a few minutes and a member called Dr Rajendra started talking to me out of no where, that too while I was talking to the owner. Obscene behaviour and language used by the member. It is very disappointing that neither the owner nor the receptionist said a thing even after I repeated what had happened. I guess the client Dr Rajendra was more important than their gym's reputation. It is always extremely enraging and insulting to face such situations for any woman. Alot of women stay quiet in such situations. I spoke up, but still there was no support shown by anyone in this gym. REALLY NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN.
Best Gym In Goregoan... good gym equipments and hygiene. New machineries arriving. Multiple machines will be available which may kead much better workout withiut waiting for the turn to access the machine.
Good facilities are available for all types of workout. All trainers are very helpful.
I am taking personal training from Nikhat Ma'am at Active Gym..I have never been consistent with exercise, but with Nikhat Ma'am, I love coming to gym daily and working out. She understands my requirements, corrects my form , help me perform better everyday and teach me new exercises.. Overall the ambience of the gym is very positive, I feel confident coming here. All the trainers are humble and keep an eye on your workouts and corrects the form.
