Gym is equipped with all necessary equipments and machine. The location and space/area of the gym is an advantage does not feel congested even in rush hours. Sufficient dumbbells, cardio, CrossFit equipment and plates present. Steam room, locker rooms are clean with staff present to sanitize machine after every use. I saw good results in just 2 months, special mention to trainer Chandan Sir for guiding,supporting extensively in this. All trainers present are good, they keep an eye on everyone's workout and help them.Yoga zumba also present. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 10-11pm, which adds to flexibility.

I am a new member to this gym. Very much disappointed to face frequent power cuts while working out where the gym goes blackout. Aqua guard, the only water dispensing machine doesn't work properly and keeps shutting down every now and then. Being one of the largest gym of the east zone of our country, this kind of service isn't expected at all.
I recently joined this gym and even suggested this place to my friends. It is a spacious gym with numerous equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, specially the front desk team. All trainers take active interest in the member's regime. The impromptu group training sessions are amazing and motivate the members a lot. All in all this gym feels like the friendly neighbourhood gym.

It's the best gym till now in jamshedpur. Also trainers are very good. Communication as well as behaviour is very nice with the people. They help alot while doing any exercise. You have to pay only once for all.the facility there are not extra charges for zumba yoga, you can do whatever you want.. overall it's a nice package with good price.
