One of the best gyms in Greater Noida. Excellent gym, with all equipments required. The best part are the trainers. Fully qualified, extremely dedicated and very sincere. Unlike most gyms, there are no personal trainers, hence every member gets equal attention and has equal rights to all the amenities. Sumit sir, Biman sir and Manish sir are all very knowledgeable and take special care to cater to every members customized needs. The gym is quite spacious as well, with plenty of room to move around.

Well I'm pretty happy with the place and even my trainer is quite good . He tends to push me to do better each day , honestly within a months time only I have a seen a change in me and it couldn't have been possible without the help of my trainer Biman . It's a decent gym and even the crowd is good . So all in all it's a great gym to come n workout .

Absolute fitness gym i can say is the best gym in greater noida. The gym is very spacious and have ample amount of machines and equipments. The gym is divided into 3 different parts for cardio, zumba and strength training. The trainers here are very friendly and helpful and have excellent knowledge of fitness. For me the best part about the gym is the aerobic/cardio session for weight loss

A perfect gym with professional trainers, equipments and all. They also provide yoga sessions, zumba, aerobics etc. I'm happy with my weight loss results as well. So guys go ahead, it's the best gym!

Very nice gym with best coaches and the good thing is they provide many other activities like yoga, zumba and everything which makes it a perfect one.

I so wanna join yoga classes, then I went to absolute fitness, they promised me they'll start yoga classes from next week, accordingly I paid my one month fees. There I did one week gym and waiting for next week to start yoga as per their promise, but they didn't start the same. "Pehle promise kardo ki ham ye karenge, phr baad mai vo cheez karte nahi hai" .... Poor professionalism!! Also I spoke to them "agar aapke yaha yoga trainer aajay toh mujhe call kar dena, she said okay, but then I never received a single call from them" No wonders "paise chale gaye the na inke pas, toh call kyu karte"

I have worked out at many different gyms and this is by far my favourite .Coach really take the time to get to know you and your fitness goal . The gym is clean And never be too crowded.He playes good music and keep the workout fun . Must try and join it
