We , have recently upgraded our gym some people are getting jealous of the owner and manager but they are fully concerned about members and staff .
Absolute Fitness is my happy place. Gym is well equipped, air conditioned and clean. The trainers are very professional. I am taking training from Robin Sir. He is a trained coach. Not only he is knowledgeable, he has the technical training experience. Also he is down to earth and great guy. He helped me stay motivated. He sincerely cares about his clients progress. Highly recommended.

Gopal sir is good trainer, and Raman sharma fitness Manager , he is a perfect combo of theory and practical knowledge, Most educated, Humble , intelligent person i have ever met.. gym management should take care for betterment of Equipments..
People whovare known to manager and owner feels like they own the gym. They keep all the weights of all sets with them in the rest time also and when someone especially a girls asks about he weights they always say MAIN SET KR RHA HUN. what is this behaviour? And manager is for showcase purpose only he never helps wih the concern
This gym is one of the best gyms in Mohali, Chandigarh. Very spacious and open. All the staff members are nice and supportive.

Who wrote bad comments here.. that is his / her choice to write, I'm Trainer here, and our management tries to address every client's issues at every moment... our trainers are well-educated and responsible they know the values of every person's health. So guys don't try to spoil gym reputations if management stops you to doing that such things which are not relevant in the gym.
The gym is very nice and spacious , all the facilities are available under one roof ,the manager and especially the onwer of gym always take care of things of the gym and members too . Manager always hardworking and dedicated to the floor management . And some new machines are already being enchanced by the owner and the gym . 100/100
