One of the biggest disappointments is the lack of quality trainers. There are very few good trainers who seem to be actively engaged in training people here, which is a bit of a letdown. I think the gym would benefit from having more quality trainers on staff.

I've noticed that even though the gym has air-conditioning, the staff tends to turn off or set the ACs to low configurations quite often. This can be frustrating, as it makes working out in the gym quite uncomfortable, and we have to ask the staff to adjust the temperature frequently. Additionally, this ABS branch doesn't seem to be maintaining the same quality of service as other cities. On the positive side, I've found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful.

The price is quite steep compared to other gyms in the area with similar facilities. While I do appreciate the focus on injury-free workouts, I'm not sure it's worth the extra expense.

Worst Gym ..Owner is very rude .. Machine not balance Wight is not proper in size. Steam bath not working .. always problem in GyM so do not waste ur money in ABS GYM Jalgaon
