It's been so hard for me to learn the coach don't pay attention to new people so it's really hard to train it's almost a month since I've been going and I haven't learnt anything yet

For Fitness,Discipline and self defence it doesn't get any better, the environment is very nice with friendly and helpful people, I've only just started going there and every day I look forward to it.The training is hard but it's so much worth it, after I started attending the classes I've been feeling a lot better both physically and mentally, and I'm very thankful for it.

I was a chainsmoker,occasionall drinker and weighted 86kg and couldnt do 2 pull-ups.Now, Iam the delhi open middleweight champion 2022 and soon going to compete at welter wieght which is 77kg. Its also been 9 months that I haven't smoke a single cigarette and 3months with no drinking. Its life changing but ,but only if you are willing and ready,every thing won't be spoon fed and as an adult its ones responsibility to do homework of what you have been taught at the gym.

would definitely recommend it. The teachers are highly experienced, as a socially awakward person i had no problem communicating with them since they are very patience and attentive towards their students. Due to their well teaching in both martial arts and moral field the environment is positive and sportsmanship among the students is healthy. Anyone who aspires to learn martial arts or even curious about it then you have stumble upon the right place. Excellent Academy with great coach,good thing about the academy is the atmosphere it creates, you are here not to defeat one another but to learn and improve yourself ,just keep your ego aside. BJJ training is the best, infact I heard that it may be no. 1 in the north east of IIndia.

This is one of the best mma academy in whole India, coaches are very experienced, specially head coach higio is amazing human being. The environment is amazing and very suitable for kids, women and adults, all ages. If you are in Arunachal pradesh, this is a must try!!

Great gym... Trainers and Gym Mates are cooperative... Hats off to the lone MMA academy in Itanagar... People should at least visit the club and explore the environment...
