5 star for your decent behavior. This property is located around 900m away from temple. The owner seems quite a gentleman. From the booking to check-in the process were smooth. Room and bathroom is neat and clean. We will definitely recommend this property to our circles. Edit: 1.It won't be nice, if I miss Shia. In my last day there, lost the power and that midnight Shiva wake up and fixed the power issue. 2. I met the owner and he arranged our next day travel to railway station (he fixed the fare too. I like. 1. Near to temple. 2. Parking place is descent. 3. Hotel located at peaceful area. 4. Room is clean. I didn't like. 1. Staff is not responsive. 2. They didn't provide water bottle ,soap or anything. 3. Didn't provide rug/ blanket. Finally ,if you want to have a stay at this place you should give this a last priority.
Owner attitude and behavior are not good. He was not even considering the checkout extension request, though i checked in the previous night and don't have courtesy to address guests. Solar Hotwater comes only in the morning time. Hence, I had to take a bigger room with the heater because of that. The room is average, but the service and experience are bad. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Update: It is not about my own benefits or demands. Hotwater is a very basic need. Anyone with kids expects all over the day not only in the morning, especially when going to Temple and coming back from the beach. Late check out or early check-in is a very common request from many. Request to listen at least and provide alternative, if it is not possible.
It is kind of homestay. Room are provided with affordable prices. There is no restaurants attached, instead you'll be asked to order from a nearest restuarant directly. There is no reception desk. Everytime if you need something you'll have call from your mobile phone to the caretaker. If they don't pick up the call, you'll have to walk downstair and get things done. Apart from the service aspect, rooms were decent, well maintained and neatly built. It was a decent stay for the course of two days.
In murudeshwar, one of the best room stay with family I will recommend Abhi man residency murudeshwar they have both ac, non ac rooms, family rooms too, hot water facility and rooms were clean. Location is 10 min walkable to main murudeshwar temple. Mr Naveen the owner was very good and cooperative, we were coming from mumbai and our train was supposed to reach at 6am in morning at murudeshwar. Usually the checkin time are 10 or 11am but when I called him informed about our train timings he said not to worry he will arrange early checkin if rooms are available. And next day he himself called me early morning around 8am and informed the rooms are available and we can checkin early but unfortunately our train got late and we reached by 10 am. But the gesture and concern showed by him was highly appreciated for his guests. If family is there highly recommended this place it will be comfortable and nice stay here. Prices for the rooms are also very reasonable.
Rooms are clean well maintained and spacious too. Owner is soft spoken and supportive.
It's a nice place to stay if you have your own vehicle to travel, Even though it is just 900 metres from the temple we are unable to walk.
