Very good gym and friendly staff. The entrance is next to the hero office behind spice deli. If you're at Priya cinema, turn left from yes bank into a gully and you'll emerge behind. The gym is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor has all the cardio equipment and the ladies wash. The 3rd floor has the weight stuff and the gents wash. Good gym I'm posting pics of the machines so you can see and judge for yourself. The bathrooms are decent. They provide hand towels and drinking water.

Nice gym with ample space, good crowd and knowledgeable trainers. The staff is also polite and helpful. Helpers keep the equipment neat and clean and wipe equipment if clients as for it additionally as well.

Read terms and conditions very very carefully. Do not take manager's word for something lest you may end up surprised or even disgusted. Equipments are functional and instructors are polite. Just be cautious of the manager.

An upscale gym in Vasant Vihar. Accessible from metro as it is within a walking distance from Vasant Vihar Metro station. The equipment is very well maintained. The staff and instructors are very professional. Women friendly gym where adequate steps have been instituted to ensure safety, privacy of women. Reasonable packages are available. Initially, one can try the three months package.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Gym is quite well equipped and enough for a beginner to intermediate bodybuilder enthusiast. There is shower and sauna available. Although paid sauna is a bummer.

Abb Initio is one of the finest and well managed gym in this part of Delhi. Staffs are really professional and it runs under the supervision of the founders who are also fitness enthusiasts.

Best place to burn your calories and keep you in shape. Less crowded.. Supportive staff.. Cool environment... You can spend your quality workout time here with lovely people.
