It's been one month since I have started my online Yoga session with Ranjeeta Jha ma'am and I feel so positive and energetic in my aura. I had some medical issues which are almost gone within a span of a month. I am grateful to Ranjeeta Di for her support and positive approach. She understands the need of peaceful mind in this chaotic lifestyle. She focuses on calming the mind by meditation along with various weightloss asanas.
