Such a terrible service. I have been calling the reception since 4 days. I had to call them multiple time- after calling them more than 6 times, yesterday they gave me an appointment for today 12 AM. I called them and confirmed too. Now I am near their clinic and called them the address, and the receipts is saying Why did you come now? Who asked you to come? I told you to come day after. When I am seeking a mental health support that too from a professional, this what I had to go through.

Dr. Lakshmi Swetha Gullapalli is a wonderful person, patient listner and helps the patient understand their problems, own them and assure them that she can help them if they are willing to work on themselves. I would definately recommend her.

Dr.farheen psychiatrist is brilliant doctor. She helped me with my anxiety and depression she is very professional. I suggest people go for her as she is very optimistic kind encouraging and she takes her patient's seriously. She gives time to each one of her patient.

Dr navitha reddy worst consultation for psychiatrist waste of money. She is always looking time not at all understanding waste of money.

I have been reading a lot of negative comments and decided to write a genuine review about my experience. Before coming to Dr.Swetha, I have been to many psychiatrists in Delhi and Hyderabad. Somehow I never trusted them as put me on unnecessary medications. But with Dr. Swetha it was a different experience. While many failed to diagnose the behavioural disorders that I had and just focused on my depression part, Dr.Swetha also focused on my behavioural issues along with my depression. She never put me on unnecessary high doses, she started with low and gradually made changes in my prescription to see what works for me. With mental illness it takes time, you can't expect fast track results. The key is to be patient and trust your doctor. They know what they are doing. I have seen few people mentioning that the doctor doesn't give a lot of time, its true because you are going for a consultation. The consultations usually last 10-15 mins and I guess its enough to start you on a medication. For the therapy to work the brain must stabilise itself, else all the therapy that you get would just fly over your head, but Dr.Swetha also gives therapy sessions which last long where she has a lengthy dialogue with her patients for almost an hour. Few more mentioned that the doctor has asked them to visit her weekly. I guess maybe the doctor would have felt that there was a need for a weekly visits as his problem might be demanding it. For me it was varying there were times where I met her twice a month but there were also times where I didn't meet her for 3 months because she felt it was not necessary. When the psychiatrist starts with a medication she wants to make sure that it is working right and is not giving you any side effects, so at the beginning they might ask you to visit more to know what works and what doesn't for you, but when they get to know what works for you they might put you on that medication for longer periods. There was this one visit where I was her last patient for the day and the doctor had to leave after my appointment but I was stuck in traffic and was late by 20 mins but Dr.Swetha waited patiently for me. She could have asked me to come some other day but she did pull out time and stayed a bit longer to meet me. Overall it has been a very good experience so far with the doctor. I would argue everyone not to jump to conclusions and trust your psychiatrist. They know what to do and they are trained to do this. P.S: Sometimes doctors can be yawning as we all know that they have very tight schedules, but its not that they are not attentive. It might look that they are not attentive to you, but its just that she might be analysing/making notes/thinking about the right medication to put you on. Trust me, she has got an impressive memory. She remembered about my diagnosis even when I went to her after 3 months. All I can say she does a very good job as a psychiatrist.

We went to this clinic upon a friend's recommendation. It was difficult to take an appointment online as Practo somehow didn't get us connected to the right centre. We reached there almost at closing time but the doctor was courteous enough to see us. The staff is friendly and payments are easy. Time will tell how helpful the doctor turns out to be for us.

Hi l Sorry mr Emeth Appreciate ur review about ur dissapointments... Not sure if I stormed out of the session or I laid a bussiness plan or abt the time.. But pardon me if I yawned.. We as doctors are more cautious abt telling a person u don't have anything . it's easier to say u have a problem. So like it or not I am pretty confident when I said, the person concerned doesn't have the problem u thought they had. I agree these things are perceptive.. PSo I leave it to u on that.. Thanks for ur feedback.. Will take it as a learning experience Thanks hebroza for the review... My charges are different for a 1 hr session and a consultation. I make sure that I give atleast half n hr for consult and 1 hr for therapy and my charges have been nominal I see patients on an appointment basis which are already fixed in advance. I would have extended the session for sure if there was a delay from my side about starting a session or if there was no other patient waiting outside. I also understand that it's difficult to be on time everytime for you also but this situation is unlikely to happen again if things happen on time.. Dont waste your time coming here. The worst way to spend your 600 rupees in just 15 minutes. The doctor was yawning while I was talking. Within 15 mins she could diagnose whether a person is in depression or not. What a joke! She was in a hurry to end the session and thats what she did. In less than 15 mins she ended it after laying out her business plan of me coming to visit her every week and then she stormed out. Very bad experience. Will never return here.
