Dr Ruchika Bansal has a very deep understanding of her subject. The dedication & sincerity with which she takes care of her patients and relieves their pains, spams & aches is a service to humanity.
I also had a disrupted brain gut connection due to which my stress hormones & sympathetic nervous system went off balance. Her Therapy healed me off my repetitive spasms. And the freshly fermented Kombuchas did the rest for restoring my brain gut axis.
Aaram Physiotherapy is situated near Gopal Sweets at Sarabha Nagar Ludhiana a posh locality of the city. The main Doctor here is Dr. Ruchika Bansal who well knows about her profession and is well experience and talented.The Doctors and other staff here are well qualified,experienced and cooperative.They treat their Patients with KBIAN technique and believe that body should be treated as a single unit and shouldn't be segregated into parts. Most of the patients get satisfied with their treatment.
i am person with congenital scoliosis so regular backache,muscle spasm and pain was part of my life and used to take lots of painkiller to perform my personal and professional duties , till the time i met Dr ruchika and Dr Dheeraj in 2010.they treated my problem and guide me to make certain lifestyle changes and add exercises to my daily routine. from their onwards every time me or anyone known to me suffering from any pain visit aaram clinic . may god bless them with long life and good health .
A super attentive team of doctors. special thank you to Dr Dheeraj & Maninder Mam for taking my case. By taking extensive Physio sessions, for someone with left side hemiplegia who wasn't receiving the correct amount of Physio sessions of the course of years. I grew tightness. These past few months of Physio had enabled me to take a few months off to dedicate treatment in India. With the help of this Physio treatment at Aaram clinic, I am able to move and use my hand/arm much easier. I have felt a massive improvement in my health and well-being. Thank you soo much!

Sharing my experience of osteopathy sessions and Physiotherapy sessions at the clinic. I had continuous headaches and woke up multiple times in my sleep. Also, never woke up fresh. After just 2 sessions of osteo, I slept for 8hrs straight and did not have a headache or heaviness in my eyes like I did before this. Dr. Ruchika and her team have been a blessing!!
I was suffering with lower back pain since 2020 and I was not able to get cure by any Doctors. Finally somebody suggested about Aaram Physiotherapy clinic at Ludhiana. So I planed to visit there and met with Dr. Dheeraj.

I was very excited for this class and as expected I got lot's of informative stuff during that lecture. I am working with her since 2018 and I attended many lectures. Each and every class was different in itself. She is very kind to everyone. She is the best guider. The thing that inspires me lot, how she deal with patients I believe god gave her healing hands. I have practiced in this Wonderful clinic under Guidance and Supervision of Dheeraj Sir and Ruchika Ma'am for two and half years. When I joined Aaram Family, I was a beginner in the field, But I was fortunate enough to have Mentors Like Dheeraj Sir, Ruchika Ma'am and Maninder Ma'am, as well as colleagues such as Prabhsimran, Sushant and Gurvinder who helped me alot to get completely moulded into a Newer version of Physical Therapist.
