By taking extensive Physio sessions, for someone with left side hemiplegia who wasn't receiving the correct amount of Physio sessions of the course of years. I grew tightness. Sharing my experience of osteopathy sessions and Physiotherapy sessions at the clinic. I had continuous headaches and woke up multiple times in my sleep. Also, never woke up fresh. After just 2 sessions of osteo, I slept for 8hrs straight and did not have a headache or heaviness in my eyes like I did before this. Dr. Ruchika and her team have been a blessing!!
