Rooms are clean, bedsheets, pillow covers well maintained, in last day of May 23 it was too hot and they provided cooler! We faced lack of water supply, though don't know whether it is temporary. Staffs well behaved. Food is average, to me slightly overpriced. But position wise its near the Market as the same time it's quite. You can watch the city at night. Also have a beautiful garden.
Location is excellent with just a mere 3-4 minutes walk from the main market and taxi stand... the rooms in the main building are good but the ones in the annex is shabby.. the food quality is good and when compare to price they become excellent... acceptance of card payment is an added advantage but the service is a point that needs to be looked into for improvement...
The location is very close to Kalimpong market and taxi stand. The rooms are beautiful, spacious with large windows and aesthetic decorations. The balcony is nice and if you are lucky, you will find the clouds are touching the balcony! The reception area is tall, airy and people sometimes play guitar over there. The WiFi speed is adequate. There is in house restaurant service available. The only downside is the weird design choice of the attached bathroom, where you will not be able to access the balcony if someone is using the bathroom. Overall our stay was pleasant here, highly recommended for travellers who are looking for a quite and peaceful place to stay.
This is my first visit here at Aapas Residency, it was the lovely experience. And all the staff are good. Feels like home . Yakub Tamang , Tabita Lepcha . They are too good. Hospitality is awesome .
This is my next home. I often visit Kalimpong and only stay here. Yakub Tamang, Tabsita, Nimrod they are like family they treat us like their own family member.

The staff are very polite and super sweet. The hotel has a great view it's super cosy and gives a homey vibe. The ambience of the hotel is very innovative and beautiful. The food is awesome.
