I've been training with Mr Gowtham owner of 90 Degree and Mr Selva bharathi of trainer of gym for almost 1 year now and believe they are most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training with them seeing results and noticed I am getting much stronger and toned. My fitness level is probably the best, in addition really enjoying the variety & challenge they put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! Both are focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my workouts, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Expecially they ensures that my technique always correct to avoid any injuries. I've so much more confidence in my ability now and I owe that to Mr Gotham and Mr Selva.
