Very very bad and not trustworthy. We booked a room for my parents and when we came at night from a long distance, the owner said the rooms are full. Dint inform us this in prior even though our booking was from 12 tat noon. I will never ever recommend this place for anyone. Money minded and very bad customer service They never deserve any awards for rating. Neevr keep their word. If u book u will jus stand in streets bec the rooms r full inspite of ur booking
it is a nice budget apartment room for family or single stay. location is accessible through Velachery train station as well as bus stop. worth staying for short work trip. clean, calm neighbourhood, accessibility.
The apartment is well maintained and we really had a pleasant and comfortable stay. All the staffs (sai, natraj & santhanam) were very kind and cooperative during out stay. Very near to velachery railway station and vijayanagar bus stand. Car parking is little intricate due to the property located in very narrow lane.
Suitable for couple stay. A bit interior but is manageable and at a walking distance from Vijayanagar junction. You cannot expect room service here but the staff are pleasant to talk to and responsive.
A comfortable place to stay in Velachery. Some of the rooms don't have water heaters. The fan regulators in some of the rooms don't work and the fan runs at full speed. The property being on a very narrow road, parking is a major hurdle. We had to park our car on the main road. The staff in the Service apartment are very cooperative. They go the extra mile to ensure that the guests are made comfortable, given the constraints. Just a few minutes walking distance from PVR, DMart and other major shops.

I loved to stay here.will come again if I get a chance.
Not a good place for family. Smoking smell is there in rooms. The access road is not good for even a small car. Road is so small that only one car can go and tough to reverse sedan. You need to go reverse for 100mts with turns.
