Great workout for your entire body. One can choose from the various fitness forms. The trainers are all very experienced and well trained. I recommend 5th gear studios to all.

The thing i liked the most about 5th Gear is we can explore from various options and it's totally upto us what we wanna do. We attended aerobics and it was amazing! Our trainer was well experienced. The playlist and the whole vibe of the studio is stunning!

It has a strong sense of calm upon arrival to gear studio, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. It was a great experience!

Kids Bollywood class was superb. My child learn a lot.
