I have joined this gym in April. I have best experience in this gym. The equipments are well equipped and the trainers are very helpful and talented. All the Machine are available and proper cardio sessions, CrossFit and other options available too. The timings are morning 5-12 and evening 4-9. So you can go accordingly. Also the location is best. If you live in sector 12,12A,14,15,11 of Panchkula, you can easily go here.
