Nice and a spacious gym the facilities are good, with a wide range of equipment perfect for all my fitness needs. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to assist and answer any questions, specially Abhi Sir he is an evening coach then too helps us in the morning need trainers like them. Gym members are also helpful and friendly a good crowd. Nice environment. The gym management or owner should try to look after equipments and the maintenance of the gym and the requirements of the members. Recently there was a fitness competition held was good, good to see such type of competition hope there will be some more like that. Rather than that a good place to workout .!!! I have recommended some of my friends and they have also joined and highly recommended to others.

My first experience with 3 Fitness Gym and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week. This is a fantastic gym!! The trainers are super nice specially Abhi Sir he is an evening coach but still helps us during his workout in the morning by assisting us with different workouts and exercises. The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I have recommended some of my friends and they have also joined. There was a fitness competition held recently good to see something new hope to see some more like that. The decision given by the the management was completely fair decision the one who is not ready to accept the defeat is doing such things he didn't perform in minimum time first of all. The gym is good trainers are the best. And those who have written the review against gym are not even the members I know them bcoz they stay near me. Gym membership price is also affordable. Do visit for once.

Hi, I am a member of 3Fitness Santacruz branch. In the month of July 2023 there was fitness competition been held wherein the contestants has to do 5 workouts (Push ups, Free squats, Crunches, Bench press and Burpees) in any order. The qualifying criteria was it has to be done in full range in minimum time. On 27th Aug 2023 prize distribution was done but most of the contestants including me were not informed about it by the management. The prize winners in male category who received the prizes according to the qualifying criteria are not eligible for it because the criteria was it has to be done in full range but most of the workout they performed was in half range or quarter range. This decision is purely bias which is unfair. It is very very disappointing to see the contestants received prizes who are not even qualified for it. May be the people who judged this competition are not capable enough to understand the rules or irresponsible or due to some reason had done this partiality purposely. All other contestants who performed it in full range or may be their 1 workout was incorrect they were not even shortlisted and straight away disqualified. Wherein the winners have performed 3 workouts out of 5 incorrect and not in full range but still were awarded by Free Annual Gym Membership, Trophies and certificates which they really don't deserve at all because it doesn't fit according to the criteria. When the management was informed about it by others contestants by giving written application they were given fake assurance that the management will look into it and come up with a fair decision. After following up with the management for 2 weeks the management replied the decision remains the same and no changes will be applied to it. This kind of coercion is really unacceptable and very disappointing. Instead, the management should have taken back the awards from the undeserving winners and should have distributed it to the deserving ones. Anyone wants to join this gym for workout it's their own choice, but if you want to participate in any competition and even though you are best at it then be ready to taste disappointment. ============================ Hi this reply is to the previous feedback, may be you didn't read the previous review properly. I didn't mention anywhere to give me the first prize. You know very well the reason why had reshoot my video because the first video I had shot was from Gym's mobile and due to technical reason it started late. Even if you consider my first video my one workout out of 5 was incorrect still you select a winner whose 3 workouts out of 5 are incorrect and not in full range. Is this a fair decision according to you? The qualifying criteria for the competition was all 5 workouts should be in full range and in minimum time. But sadly the person who judged this competition and selected the winners has poor knowledge about the rules and have done a purely bias decision. First of all it took more than 1 month to select the winners, secondly the prize distribution was done secretly without informing all the other contestants about it. On WhatsApp and calls I was given fake assurance that you will look into this matter and come up with fair and honest decision. You are running this gym since 2012 but do you really mean customer satisfaction is everything for you because it is unsatisfactory to see this bias decision forcefully applied on all other contestants. ======================= If you check the video again which you uploaded now on the website to prove me wrong it starts from 5rep not from 1st Rep it was shot from Gym's mobile which was functioning slow and your trainer was giving counts. Both the videos are still in your mobile's drive I did not hide it nor did I delete it. It was you who had selected the video and uploaded on your website. So the person uploading the video didn't even check why 1 person has 2 videos. You should have taken objection at that time.

Very pathetic customer service. Terence Fernandes is revealing the truth. The Gym Management Instead of apologizing for the mess, again and again repeating the same thing . One request to the management please keep your EGO aside and focus on providing good service to the customers.

I wanted to talk to the management About the Competition, I came 2nd in that competition and one of the guy in the gym is not satisfied with my winning thing. So I just wanted to say that competition was nice the way it should be,there is nothing to blame the Management

Nice gym and sir don't spread wrong in people's and ur say that people who never gone in the gym and they don't know anything so people don't listen anybody first look both sides and then say what u want to say ....
