Good hotel, tasty food. Nice place for families. Service is also good. However no lift , have to climb stairs for upper floors. Also hot water in bathroom not provided all the time. Morning only selected time its there.
We were 28 people stayed at this hotel and we had best experience ever, the service and food of this hotel is too much good and best staff and the rooms are bigger and clean. All staff are like familier and helpful.

I visited Kashmir with my family in March 2023 and it was amazing! The place was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The hotel we stayed in was really good. Everything from the service to the food, the rooms, the view, the location, and the receptionist, Zara, was excellent. She was very polite, kind, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants good service.
Very Good service and food prepared was nicely curated to the guests needs. Mr Adnan, Mr Sahil and Mr Iqbal were very attentive to the guests needs and very courteous. Recommend this place for your stay in Srinagar.
Great place to stay in Srinagar center. Amazing hospitality by entire staff. Food : All foods Breakfast to Dinner are mouth watering. At in-house restaurant 3 best guy who are everytime eager to help you are Adnanbhai, Sahilbhai & Iqbalbhai. They are really nice guy.
