1st gate home-fusion - Hotel in Jaisalmer - Jaisalmer, India

Everything about this fusion stay is top notch. The location is just Infront of famous fort, roof top and balcony gives splendid panoramic views of fort. The hospitality and welcome is truly warm and amazing. They have dedicated music room and spa/pool inside premises. Rooms are big enough, well decorated and equipped with well enough amenities and food items. Everyone here is always at attention to help. Breakfast is amazing, rooftop cafe has good options. Simba is a nice playmate there. Time spent over here will definitely be turned into memories.

My husband & I stayed in Jaisalmer & went to this restaurant thrice for lunch----Excellent location, superb food, very very warm & helpful staff, each & everyone of them--- The owner Mr Manoj came forward to make sure we were served well. Special mention -- Mr Chandan ji, the manager, who helped us in planning our entire stay in Jaisalmer, including the sightseeing, the guide, desert stay, transport etc--- really lucky to have come across such a genuine, trustworthy & helpful person. Would highly recommend this place for food as well as stay(saw the rooms, they were really very nice).

Wonderful room with view of the fort. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Food very tasty. Wouldn't say it was quiet, but an interesting blend of sounds. Simba the beagle was a delightful addition.

We stayed here in March 2023 (I've been meaning to write a review for a while). We booked this hotel last minute - it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels we stayed at (after staying at mainly 4-star hotels) and arguably one of the best. Their hospitality and care was so genuine - from the complimentary refreshments and cake on arrival, to the complimentary chai and tea cake throughout our stay. On top of it all, they kindly booked and covered our transport to the train station when we were leaving without us knowing. I didn't catch all of the staff's names - but a special shoutout to Pinky and the man at reception. The rooms were clean and gorgeous, and the hotel itself had beautiful communal sitting areas where you could admire the Haveli architecture. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the fort, and the overall location is very convenient as it is only a couple of minutes walk to Jaisalmer Fort. Just beware of the wooden planks that make up the shower base, if you step on the end of a plank they lift up slightly. Overall, I highly-recommend staying here- it's a little Oasis that is great value for money and offers lovely hospitality.

I highly recommend this hotel in Jaisalmer! The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff is truly fantastic. The standout feature for me was the abundance of natural light in the rooms, which can be a rarity in this area. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10.

Had an excellent experience with 1st gate. We ate at their restaurant which was a little expensive but worth it for the quality and service. The staff was extremely helpful and was willing to assist us with any questions and requests that we had. If we were staying in Jaisalmer we would definitely stay with them and recommend!
