Nice and coaprative staff,but i feel somethings unprofessionals

Excellent stay in this hotel very friendly staff.specially thanks to G.M. mr mahesh sharma he is providing the best hospitality to the guest.

I am surprised to see the change that has happened in this property . Use to be a lively place but now reception seems gloomy. Service in banqueting is pathetic. Broken chairs of banquet hall. Snacks being served cold. Using malamine plates instead of bone china .

Nice Room, complimentary Breakfast. I was Stayed with my family, it was very good experience . Staff behaviour was also good. I recommend to all my friends to stay at Z Grand Hotel. :)

Spacious rooms. Service is very slow but polite staff.

I loved the stay. Front desk manager was very polite and supportive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food served was tasty. hotel has own parking in basement. Room service was moderately quick Booked room online but faced no problem while checking-in. Overall nice experience.

Excellent stay in this Hotel - Very freindly staff and always happy to help - I stayed in multiple hotels in Ludihana but Hotel Z Grand Pakhowal Road was the Best so good I stayed here twice - I will definitely be returning Thank you
