One of the best place to work out your body. Clean, fresh, new. Friendly trainers. Mr.Bharani especially, very professional. They have all the necessary amenities and their approach will really help us to achieve what we came here for. Air conditioning, rest room, change room, music, weights. Coming from a beginner this is a pretty good gym. I am given proper necessary guidance on the workouts by bharat anna (trainer). Its well equipped and well maintained. Constant cleaning can be seen. The only backdrop that I see is that there is no enough space during peak time.

A very clean and tidy Gym. All new equipments... Very friendly trainers who support and motivate you during workout sessions. This has also become one of my favourite go to places for workout, meeting new people and enjoying the music and the vibe and also to create friends. This gym is an overall package for gym goers who love to spend time in the gym to workout and vibe with the music and people. Special mention to Muthu, Sathya and Bharani who never say no to any kind of request.
