Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology - MRI center in Lindenhurst - 150 E Sunrise Hwy, USA

After years of giving Zwanger Persiri my business as patient I was turned away not once but twice for imaging services, I recently had a major operation and needed an x ray I was called an hour before the appointment that I couldn’t have it done, then most recently my doctor sent another script for a mri to zwanger Persiri and when I told the receptionist who books the appointment I was turned away, she told me I was given the wrong information, that Zwanger Persiri never turns anyone's away, I was told the same thing by two more staff members at Zwanger Persiri. Then Emily in Billing cancels my appointment again and tells me the staff is incorrect, I tell her I am being represented by an attorney, so she said she would email me a document so I could keep my appointment, that document never came, she was very rude and condescending. I am a senior citizen with medical conditions, this is how this establishment treats patients, they could care less if you just had a major surgery, or fully insured, I plan on escalating this matter and advising all my doctors not to refer their patients to Zwanger Persiri .

No doubt in my mind would I recommend this location, their staff goes above and beyond! I was in a situation and the front desk really helped me out and made sure I was accommodated. Thank you so much again!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I should have read reviews beforehand. DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to have my throat checked, gave them my insurance card, everything they asked and needed. A week later I got a bill stating it’s for the services (which should have been covered by insurance, yes my insurance would have covered it) someone didn’t submit the paperwork properly. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. They have given me a constant run around and several different people to call, now seeing the other reviews. I should have checked first. I am not the first person they have done this with. Their team is filled with incompetent people, who obviously don’t know how to do their jobs. I will never go back here.

I was here today for a MRI. Everybody was friendly, knowledgably, and professional. I was in and out quickly, and overall very pleased with my experience. Of special note, the tech that did the MRI took the time to make sure I got into comfortable position for the the exam. As someone dealing with spinal issues, this kind of thing meant a lot to me.

Reception area is clean and seems to have been redone recently. We dis not wait long for our procedure and the staff was professional
