The food is so delicious! The service is excellent. It is worth every penny you'll spend on it! They truly give you your money's worth at reasonable price! You gotta go and try this place you won't regret it!

Amazing breakfast!!!! We live in Washington but was in the area and my husband wanted some good country breakfast. We just happened to ride by and the parking lot was full so we figured it would be a good stop. SO GOOD!!! Definitely glad we stopped. My husband got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I got the "dirty egg" plate with bacon and grits. Mine came with a cheese biscuit too. Excellent greasy country food 👌

If you like home cooked food this is the place to go. I mean good southern cooked food. Service is fast It is not self serve so you will be asked what you want on your plate but the food is excellent bbq pigtails are their best dish. They are always packed so get there early and the store is small so expect to be crowded In line. But the food is worth it.

The owner is amazing, it's hard to find a person with respect and duality! an he give of so much humble energy-efficiently and trys to do right! 10/10

Please patronize this restaurant. They prepared food for our 2023 family reunion. The food was delicious. They gave us great service. The prices were good also.

Just a convenience store turned grill but great food for take out. You get a lot of food for your money.

Be careful of driving thru standing water in the parking lot. There are many holes, and some of them are deep. The staff is usually very friendly. While many people eat here daily, I've not been inclined to purchase lunch or dinner from there recently. My failure to purchase anything was due to not having anything specific in mind when I stopped there and not seeing anything that drew my attention. They usually have barbecued neck bone, riblets, and pig tails. However, I'm not a big fan of their barbecue sauce, and they use the same sauce on all three meats. The fried chicken and porkchops usually taste good but the last few times I was there, these meats appeared to have been sitting there for a long time so I passed on waiting for them to cook more. I'm usually very satisfied with their breakfast. I went there about 2 months ago with the intent of purchasing some cheese biscuits to carry out of town for my children who requested them. I needed 12 biscuits with some containing meats. The staff told me they only had 2 and wouldn't cook more for me. I called Slatestone in Washington and they told me they thought they had 12, but if not, they would be happy to cook me more. I told them I was driving from Williamston and they replied, if you're driving that far, we'll cook a fresh pan of biscuits for you so they'll be nice and hot for you when you arrive. When I arrived, all biscuits were in a box and wrapped up in aluminum foil to keep them hot. Customer service!!! UPDATE: They have fixed their driveway/parking lot!!!
